Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. Short, because we collect almost nothing — which is the whole policy, really.

1. What We Collect

Your first name and WhatsApp number — given by you when you message us. This is the complete list of personal data we ask for.
Chat history — the WhatsApp thread itself, which doubles as your transaction record and ours.
Payment references — UPI transaction IDs for deposits and withdrawals, needed to match payments to balances.

We do not collect or request Aadhaar, PAN, email addresses, bank statements, selfies, documents of any kind, or your location. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, they are not us.

2. What This Website Itself Collects

Nothing personal. This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and loads no third-party resources. Standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) exist for security and are rotated routinely.

3. How We Use What We Hold

Creating and managing your Laser247 ID.
Processing deposits and withdrawals and resolving disputes about them.
Sending you service messages in the existing chat — current login links, bonus notices, security alerts.

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with advertisers, brokers, or other providers. Ever. Our business depends on players trusting the chat; monetising your number would be commercial suicide, and we like being in business.

4. Retention and Deletion

Chat history is retained while your ID is active because it protects both sides in any dispute. Ask us to close your ID and delete your data, and we remove your details from our records once any open balance is settled and paid out to you.

5. Security

Data lives in WhatsApp's end-to-end encrypted channel and in access-controlled records on our side. The most effective protection, though, is structural: we simply never hold the documents that identity thieves want. You can't leak what you never collected.

6. Age Policy

Our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly hold data on minors; discovered underage accounts are closed and their data deleted.
