1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

MyLaser247 ("we", "us") operates https://www.mylaser247.com.in and provides Laser247 ID creation, funding, withdrawal and support services over WhatsApp. By requesting an ID or using this website you accept these terms in full. The games themselves run on the Laser247 exchange platform, which has its own rules of settlement; these terms govern your relationship with us as your ID provider.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older. We deactivate accounts found to be underage and forfeit any bonus balances on them.
• You are responsible for ensuring online gaming is permitted where you live. Some Indian states restrict it; the legal position in your state is yours to know.
• One ID per person. Duplicate IDs may be suspended and settled at our discretion.

3. Your Account

• Credentials are issued to you personally. Change your password on first login and keep it private — activity on your ID is treated as yours.
• We will never ask for your password or an OTP. Requests for either are fraud; report them to us.
• Tell us promptly about a lost phone or suspected compromise and we will freeze sessions and rotate credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Bonuses

• Deposits are accepted by UPI and bank transfer from accounts under your own control, starting at ₹100.
• Withdrawals are paid to your own UPI/bank account, normally within minutes and in any case the same day, subject to bank availability. Unusually large or unusual-pattern withdrawals may require a short confirmation step.
• The 60% Welcome Bonus applies to first deposits and must be played through once before withdrawal. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, matched-pair betting to unwind wagering) voids the bonus.
• We never charge fees to create an ID or "release" a withdrawal. Anyone charging such a fee in our name is an impostor.

5. Fair Play and Settlement

Bets settle according to the exchange's official results and market rules. Obvious pricing errors, voided markets and abandoned fixtures follow the platform's settlement decisions, which we pass through to your balance. We don't and can't alter game outcomes — our role is money movement and support.

6. Responsible Gaming

Betting is entertainment, not income. Set limits before you play, never bet borrowed money, and take breaks. On request we will impose deposit limits or deactivate your ID immediately, without retention offers. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek help — your wellbeing outranks our business, and these terms exist to say so in writing.

7. Service Limits and Liability

We provide the service with care but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the exchange, banking rails or WhatsApp, none of which we control. Our liability to you is limited to the balance held against your ID. We are not liable for losses arising from gameplay decisions — wins and losses from betting are yours.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes affecting balances or bonuses are announced in the WhatsApp chat as well.
