MyLaser247 App Not Opening or Crashing? 9 Fixes for Android and iPhone

It always happens ten minutes before the toss. The app sits on the logo screen, or opens and shuts again, or shows a white page on your iPhone. We walk players through this on WhatsApp most evenings, and the fix is nearly always one of the nine below. Go in order. The early ones are the quickest and solve the most cases.

First, Work Out Whose Problem It Is

Open your phone browser and log in on the website instead of the app. If the website works, the exchange is fine and the problem is on your phone, so carry on with the list. If the website is also down, nothing on your phone will fix it. Message us and we will tell you whether there is maintenance going on or whether the address has changed.

The 9 Fixes

1. Switch network. Go from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or the other way round. Some broadband providers block betting domains while Jio or Airtel mobile data opens them normally. This one step clears roughly a third of the "app not opening" chats we get.
2. Force stop and reopen. On Android: Settings, Apps, pick the app, Force stop. On iPhone: swipe up and flick the app away. A plain restart of the app clears a stuck session.
3. Clear the cache (Android). Settings, Apps, the app, Storage, Clear cache. Use Clear cache, not Clear data, unless you remember your password. Old cached files are the usual reason for an endless loading circle after an update.
4. Check the date and time. Sounds silly, fixes a lot. If your phone clock is wrong, secure connections fail and the app shows a blank screen. Set date and time to automatic.
5. Free up storage. Phones with under 500 MB free start killing apps on launch. Delete a few forwarded videos and try again.
6. Turn off battery saver and data saver. Both can stop the live odds feed from loading, which looks like a freeze. Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo and Vivo phones are aggressive about this. Set the app to "No restrictions" under battery settings.
7. Reinstall using a fresh APK. If the app crashed right after an update, the file you have is probably outdated. Uninstall it, ask us for the current APK on WhatsApp, and install that. Please do not download an APK from a random search result. Modified APKs that steal logins are common. Our app download and install guide shows the safe way.
8. Update Android System WebView and Chrome. The app displays the exchange through Android's built-in web engine. When WebView is months out of date, pages render blank. Update both from the Play Store and restart the phone.
9. Pause any VPN or ad blocker. Private DNS and ad-blocking apps often break the live stream and the odds refresh. Turn them off for a minute to test.

iPhone: Why There Is No App in the App Store

Apple does not allow real-money betting apps in the Indian App Store, so anything you find there with our name on it is not genuine. On iPhone the "app" is a home screen shortcut. Open the login link in Safari, tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, and you get an icon that opens full screen like an app. If that icon shows a white page, remove it, clear Safari data for the site (Settings, Safari, Advanced, Website Data) and add it again. Chrome on iPhone cannot add home screen shortcuts properly, so do this part in Safari.

App Opens but Login Fails

That is a different problem. "Invalid username or password" with a working app means an ID issue, not an app issue: caps lock, a copied space at the end of the password, or an ID locked after three wrong tries.
