MyLaser247 Withdrawal Time: How Long It Takes and Why It Gets Stuck

Winning is the easy part to enjoy. The twenty minutes after you ask for your money are when people get nervous. So here are the honest timings from our own desk, the reasons a payout slows down, and what to do about each one.

Normal Timings

MethodUsual timeSlowest we normally see
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)5 to 15 minutesAbout 1 hour
IMPS bank transfer15 to 30 minutes2 to 3 hours
NEFT (large amounts)1 to 2 hoursNext working morning

Daytime requests are the fastest. Between about 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. banks run their own maintenance windows, and a UPI transfer sent in that gap can sit as "pending" until the bank comes back. That is the bank, not us and not the exchange, and it clears by itself.

How a Withdrawal Actually Moves

Knowing the steps makes the wait less stressful. You send the request on WhatsApp with the amount and your UPI ID or bank details. We check that the balance is settled, meaning no open bets are holding it. The amount is deducted from your ID. Then the payment is sent and you get a screenshot with the UTR number. If you have the UTR, the money has left our side and your bank is the one to watch.

Six Reasons a Payout Gets Delayed

  1. Unsettled bets. If the match has ended but the market is not settled yet, those winnings are not withdrawable for a few minutes. Session and fancy markets can take longer than match odds.
  2. Bonus not played through. The 60% Welcome Bonus has to be played through once before it can be withdrawn. Your own deposit and your winnings from it are not locked by this. Only the bonus part is.
  3. Name mismatch. Payouts go to an account in the ID holder's name. Asking us to send to a friend's UPI is the most common reason a request gets paused for a check.
  4. Wrong UPI ID. One wrong character and the transfer bounces back, which adds half an hour. Copy and paste your UPI ID. Do not type it from memory.
  5. Bank or UPI downtime. When a big bank's UPI is down, every app shows pending. You can check this yourself by trying to send ₹1 to a family member.
  6. Match-night rush. After an India match or an IPL final, hundreds of requests land within minutes. They are handled in order. Expect 30 to 45 minutes on those nights instead of 10.

What to Send Us If It Is Taking Too Long

Wait 30 minutes for UPI before chasing. After that, send one message in the same chat with your ID username, the amount, the time you requested it and the UPI ID it should go to. One complete message gets a faster answer than ten short ones, because whoever picks it up does not have to scroll back. If you were given a UTR and the money has not arrived after two hours, share that UTR with your bank's support. They can trace it on their side.

Limits and Charges

We do not charge a fee for withdrawals. If anyone asks you to pay a "processing fee", "tax" or "unlock charge" before releasing a payout, you are talking to a scammer, not to MyLaser247. Minimum and maximum amounts per request depend on your ID type, so ask in the chat if you plan to move a large sum. For big amounts we usually suggest splitting into two or three transfers, simply because banks flag unusually large single UPI credits.

A Tip From the Desk

New here? Deposit a small amount, play a little, and withdraw ₹500 in your first week, even if you do not need the money. Seeing a payout land in your own bank account tells you more about a provider than any promise on a website, ours included. If you do not have an ID yet, this page explains how the Laser247 ID works and this one covers signup.
